The CAS30B Series Vertical Transmission is a customizable intermediary transmission with a torque capacity of 3800 kgm, specifically designed to meet the demands of heavy-duty vehicles. With its innovative design, the service outputs (Power Take-Off - PTO) can be efficiently utilized both while the vehicle is in motion and when stationary.

Designed with an integrated clutch mechanism, it provides ease of operation thanks to its Hot Shift feature. This system enables the PTO to be engaged or disengaged without requiring the main clutch pedal, ensuring seamless and controlled power transmission. The clutch mechanism optimizes gear synchronization, minimizes wear, and prevents sudden load shocks, thereby offering long-lasting and reliable performance.

When the vehicle is in walking mode, the CAS30B Series efficiently transfers torque and speed from the main drive system to the differential system. The service outputs (Power Take-Off) can be configured to face either the cabin side or the differential side, depending on system requirements. These outputs are available in single or dual configurations. The middle and upper axis outputs can be customized to operate in both directions. Additionally, the service outputs can be tailored for direct connections to drive various pumps. Furthermore, the output types conform to DIN, ISO, AGMA, JSR, and SAE coupling standards.

The cooling system offers two options: fan-based cooling and heat exchanger-based cooling. It can also be integrated into the main cooling system based on project specifications. While a speed sensor is provided as standard, temperature sensors and engagement status sensors for service outputs are available as optional features. Additionally, depending on project requirements, automation software and hardware solutions can be provided as additional services for this transmission series.
